How to Get Started

Forgot Password

1. Simply click on “Forgot Password” on the merchant login page (PC and Mobile)

2. Input the six-digits partner code, or your registered email address to reset the password (Partner Code can be found in setup email inbox by searching “AlphaPay”).

3. After submitting the partner code, a “reset password email” will be sent to the registered email address

Add Login Account

  1. Login to PC (Canada Merchants: https://pay.alphapay.ca US Merchants: https://pay.alphapay.com) account management system
  2. Navigate to Accounts, and click + Add Account
  3. Complete the form
  4. Click Save Account

Collect Payment

Alphapay Static QR Code

  1. Login to AlphaPay’s Mobile APP
  2. Navigate to QR Code > Filter > Choose Currency or Pre-Authorization > Submit
  3. Click Save to Album
  4. Send the QR Code to your customers to collect money

Alphapay Mobile Bill Code

  1. Login to AlphaPay’s Mobile APP
  2. Navigate to Collect or Bill Code
  3. Set up amount > choose Currency or Pre-Authorization
  4. Finish payment

Alphapay Smart POS

  1. Login to AlphaPay’s Smart POS
  2. Navigate to Payment
  3. Set up amount > select Tips> Generate Code or Scan Code
  4. Finish payment

Refund

Alphapay PC Account Management System

  1. Login to PC (Canada Merchants: https://pay.alphapay.ca, US Merchants: https://pay.alphapay.com)
  2. Navigate to Orders
  3. Select the order, click the refund button under Operation
  4. Enter the Refund Amount and Refund Password, then click Submit

AlphaPay’s Smart POS and Mobile APP

  • Option1:

Navigate to Refund, Scan the refund QR Code on the receipt or enter the order id to refund

  • Option2:

Navigate to Transactions, Select the order then click REFUND, Enter the refund amount and click OK

Transaction Records

Export the transaction records to Excel sheets through PC

  1. Login to PC
  2. Navigate to Transactions
  3. Select the Date Range, Click Search, then Click Export Statement

Custom and Print transaction records through AlphaPay’s Smart POS

  1. Login to AlphaPay’s Smart POS
  2. Navigate to Transactions > Print >Custom Print, Select Start and End date, click REFRESH then PRINT

Download the statement through AlphaPay’s Mobile APP

  1. Login to AlphaPay’s Mobile APP
  2. Navigate to Statement, Select Start and End date then Confirm, click Send to the email

Settlement History

  1. Login to AlphaPay’s Mobile APP
  2. Navigate to Settlement > Filter, select Start and End date click Submit
