1. 支付流程是什么样的？

A: Customers pay merchants by RMB directly from their China bank account at real-time exchange rate with WeChat or Alipay. Tencent settles the RMB to Alpha Pay then Alpha Pay settles to the merchant’s designated Canadian bank account in CAD.

2. Do merchants bear the difference in exchange rate if the rates are different on the day the transaction was made and settled?

A: 如果结算前汇率波动，则商户不必承担任何汇率差异。客户以腾讯提供的实时汇率向商家付款，而后者将以相同的汇率结算。

3. 清算金额多久到账?

A: T+2 (2 个工作日)，可以自定义清算时间，比如：T+1、T+3、weekly, monthly，还可以自定义清算额度。
