Flash Pay Inc. (“ AlphaPay ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) developed this Privacy Policy to explain how we may collect, process, share, store, and transfer your Personal Data that you provide when you visit the Sites, App , access the Services and any other Site as a visitor or User (collectively “ AlphaPay Services”).
This Privacy Policy details the commitment from AlphaPay Services to protect you and your customers’ Personal Data . We collect Personal Data you provide to us voluntarily, such as your name, phone number, email address, home address, business address, business name, bank account. This happens during platform signup and or when you contact our support staff for assistance with the AlphaPay Services.

We collect data about you automatically, such as environment data while you use the AlphaPay Services. This is collected using cookies or similar technologies when you interact with our websites. We collect data about the type of device you use to access the AlphaPay Services, your operating system and software version identifiers, IP address, location, browser type and the pages you view on the platform, and lastly, what interactions you have with the content.

AlphaPay does not target or market intentionally to children under sixteen. Visitors of all ages may interact with the AlphaPay Services, but no data is collected knowingly about those under the age of sixteen without parental consent. If a child under sixteen has registered on the AlphaPay Services using false data, the account will be closed and any Personal Data collected will be erased from records.
